Friends of Athletics Support Unique Opportunity for Colby Spring Sports to Train Together
Thanks to Colby’s innovation and leadership, along with the support of parents and alumni, all 32 varsity teams came together to train and practice this semester. While the spring teams typically would not have the opportunity to hone their skills until February, the teams enjoyed a fall season like no other–from strength and conditioning sessions in the Boulos Family Fitness Center in the Harold Alfond Athletics and Recreation Center to full team practices and intrasquad competition. The day will soon come when all the hard work will be put to the test in competition, and the teams will be ready.
See how the College leadership, along with the generous support of Friends of Athletics, has prepared the Colby Mules for their spring season. The investment in the facilities, our teams, and development programs has presented a unique opportunity for our student athletes, providing a competitive advantage when it is safe to return to play.
